EASY DAY® Trademark & Brand Use Policy

1) Our Marks

  • Word Mark: EASY DAY®

  • Associated Brand Elements: logos, wordmarks, taglines, product names, graphics, packaging designs, website content, and all other brand identifiers used by Irishman Management LLC (collectively, the “Marks”).

EASY DAY® is a federally registered U.S. trademark. All rights are reserved worldwide to the extent permitted by law.

2) Who Owns the Marks

EASY DAY® and all associated brand elements are owned by Irishman Management LLC, 1931 Cordova Rd., Suite 1075, Ft. Lauderdale, FL 33316.

Using the Marks without our prior written permission is strictly prohibited and may violate U.S. and international trademark laws.

3) How to Refer to Our Brand (Correct Use)

  • Use the ® symbol on the first or most prominent use of EASY DAY® on each page/asset.

  • Write the mark exactly as EASY DAY® (all caps, space between words).

  • Use the mark as an adjective, followed by a generic noun when possible (e.g., “EASY DAY® apparel,” “EASY DAY® products”).

  • Include this notice (or equivalent) on pages using the mark:

    EASY DAY® is a registered trademark of Irishman Management LLC.

Examples (Correct):

  • “Shop the new EASY DAY® apparel collection.”

  • “Official EASY DAY® products.”

Examples (Incorrect):

  • “Easyday,” “Easy Day” without ® on first prominent use

  • “Easy Day’s™” when referring to us (don’t add possessive/incorrect symbols)

  • Using the mark as a noun (“Buy an EASY DAY®”) or as a verb (“to easy-day”)

4) Prohibited Uses (Without a License)

You may not:

  • Use EASY DAY®, any confusingly similar name (e.g., “Easyday,” “Easy Day Apparel”), or our logos in your brand, store name, social handles, domains, ads, meta tags, or product listings.

  • Place our Marks on products, packaging, websites, or promotional materials.

  • Suggest sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation with EASY DAY® without written permission.

  • Register or use any domain, social handle, advertising keyword, or marketplace store name that includes or imitates our Marks.

  • Modify, distort, or combine our Marks with other names or graphics.

Counterfeits & Look-Alikes: We strictly enforce against counterfeit, look-alike, and confusingly similar uses, including via platform IP programs (Shopify, Meta, marketplaces) and in court when necessary.

5) Limited Fair Use

You may make purely descriptive references to EASY DAY® when talking about us (e.g., in news, commentary, or reviews) so long as your use:

  • Is truthful and non-misleading,

  • Is not used as a brand for your own goods/services, and

  • Includes appropriate attribution (e.g., “EASY DAY® is a registered trademark of Irishman Management LLC”).

When in doubt, ask us first.

6) Licensing & Permissions

Want to use our Marks (e.g., for media, collaborations, authorized resale)?
Email Support@easydayapparel.com with:

  • Your name/company and contact info

  • Exact marks/assets you wish to use

  • Purpose, scope, territory, and duration of use

  • Samples/mockups and timelines

No permission is granted unless/until you receive a written license agreement signed by Irishman Management LLC.

7) Reporting Infringement or Counterfeits

Help us protect the community and our customers. If you see unauthorized use, counterfeits, or confusingly similar branding:

  • Email: Support@easydayapparel.com (subject line: “TM Report”)

  • Include URLs, screenshots, seller/store names, product images, order numbers (if any), and your contact details

We may enforce via platform programs (e.g., Shopify and Meta IP tools) and through legal action where appropriate.

8) Marketplace & Reseller Policy

  • No third-party sales of EASY DAY® products are permitted without written authorization.

  • Authorized partners must adhere to our brand guidelines, quality controls, and channel restrictions.

  • Unauthorized listings will be removed, and we may pursue further remedies.

9) Notice of Enforcement

We monitor the internet, marketplaces, and social media for unauthorized or confusing uses of our Marks. We take action including takedowns, domain/handle recovery, oppositions/cancellations, and litigation—to prevent consumer confusion and protect our brand.

Nothing on this page grants any license or permission to use our Marks.
