Refund Policy

30-day store credit

You have 30 days from delivery to send unworn items back for store credit. The credit applies to anything in the catalog and does not expire.

What's eligible

Unworn, unwashed, tags attached. Send a photo first if you are not sure — we will confirm before you ship.

What's not eligible

• Stickers, decals, and customized items
• Anything worn or washed
• Returns received past 30 days from delivery
• Items marked “final sale” at checkout

How to start a return

Email hello@easydayapparel.com with your order number. We confirm eligibility within one business day and send return instructions. Customer covers return shipping unless the item was defective or shipped in error.

Defective or wrong items

If something arrives damaged or we shipped the wrong item, send a photo within 7 days of delivery. We replace it on us — no return shipping on our errors.

How credit works

Once we receive and inspect the return, we issue store credit to your account within 2 business days. Apply it to any future order at checkout. Credit does not expire.
